According to PGBP Public Relations and International Affairs, Amir Nikokar, one of the young entrepreneurs active in a knowledge-based company, said in an interview with a Fars reporter in Qeshm: 3D printers are among the products needed to make medical, engineering and artistic devices in the country. By producing these printers, in addition to meeting domestic needs, we can hope that these products will be valued in foreign markets.

He explained: "Currently, the company offers a variety of 3D printers in three main fields and 10 different types with different applications.

This entrepreneur continued: All kinds of 3D printers in the fields of design and engineering, manufacturing and production, education and research, medicine and treatment, dentistry and jewelry, architecture and model making, and art and sculpture are produced in this center.

Nikokar stated that the production of 3D printers for the production of plastic products is on the agenda, adding: "Medical molds are currently being manufactured and their production models are 95% cheaper than similar foreign models."

He said: its proximity to the Persian Gulf countries and facilitating the export of products with neighbors, the use of customs and tax benefits of free zones has led to the establishment of a 3D printer production unit in the Persian Gulf Biotechnology Park in Qeshm.

The entrepreneur continued: Although now, operations such as, preoperative simulation, fabrication of therapeutic prostheses, implant fixtures and… are operated with a 3D printer and by physicians, But the human future is focused on completing the body's vital organ processes with stem cells and using bio printers.

He expressed hope with development of the subsidiary parts of this knowledge-based company, the ground will be prepared for bio printers and continued: We hope to be able to use the existing capacity to realize this modern technology in the country.

This is a knowledge-based company that has started its activities in Qeshm Persian Gulf Biotechnology Park and it is expected that it will soon produce good news in various fields at the initiative of Iranian youth.
